Q. Will you see my online order today and get it sent out?

A. Absolutely! All orders are dealt with the same day, if it is still possible to get them dispatched. (We take weekday orders up to 6:30pm.) Its a priority with us that you get your product as soon as possible. When you order online, we have it in front of us seconds later, and are dealing with it.

• On the back of your envelope it will say "York Plumbing Supplies". This is not us trying to be funny, but rather thinking of a name for something that is less likely to go missing enroute - so that it doesn't look like a nice little present, and also so that it is more private for you, especially if it is being delivered to your office.

If you can't get your payment card to work, please don't give up. We wouldn't let you go without the product when you really need it. Just telephone your order to us on 01904-340916. You can also call your order in and send us a cheque. We won't wait on it arriving, or clearing, because we trust our customers, and in over a year we've never been let down.

When you order from us below, you go straight through to the Worldpay Secure Server, with 128 bit encryption. So it is as safe dealing with us as with any high street bank. Worldpay is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland. We accept most types of cards, but we prefer debit cards, because they cost us less to process, allowing us to keep our prices down, so please use Switch/Maestro/Visa Delta, if you can.

Larger packages are simply multiples of smaller packages, unless you request different. The 50g pack contains enough for around 30 level teaspoon measures. So if you order 100g, you get 2 x 50g packs = 60 treatment measures. (But kick start your treatment with a heaped teaspoonful, then another an hour later.)

For your benefit, we send out first class post orders in sealed flat packs that can go through your letterbox. We know it's not always possible to immediately rush to open the door to the postman when you have cystitis, and less possible to dash down to the post office to collect a parcel. For delivery purposes you therefore need to consider whether it is most important to be sure of getting it the next day (Special Delivery & you need to sign for it) or to be sure it will go through your letterbox on its own without you being there.

How much are you going to need?

It depends on whether you are dealing with bacterial or interstitial cystitis, a long-standing or recurrent infection, or a new one that hasn't had the chance to really establish itself. One pack/tub will usually treat a new or first time infection. You'll need more if you are are fighting a severe or long-term infection, or if you are catheterising or have interstitial cystitis. Also, it's worth noting that since the product is very effective indeed as a preventative as well as a cure, it is a good idea to have some in your handbag or pocket. If you ever feel the first symptoms starting again, immediately take a heaped teaspoonful of Waterfll D-Mannose, and take another an hour later. This stops 99.5% of cystitis episodes in their tracks, especially if you catch them soon enough.

Republic of Ireland: Please add Airsure on all orders for the moment, as it is (ridiculously) currently taking between three weeks and a month for ordinary Airmail to arrive!

• Your privacy is our concern. We won't discuss your order with anyone but you.
• We never see your credit card details, and we never therefore store them. As soon as you pay you will receive an email confirmation.
• If you pay by 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm UK time (latest), your goods will be dispatched the same day. Please call us if you order between 5:45 and 6:30 pm, to ensure that we have noticed your order.
• If you order Special Delivery on a Friday, you may not get your order until Monday, otherwise we will do our very best to get it to you the next day. That said, we normally do post on Saturdays at 2:30 and Sundays at 3:15.
• For Europe and the rest of the world, orders will be sent by air mail and may take from 3 to 8 days, depending on where you are. By International Signed for, it can get to you faster. It usually takes from 3 to 5 days.
